"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Quite an involved procedure of collecting research pics and rough sketches. I then draw out initial lines in blue pencil before more detail in normal pencil then final pen lines. This is all done over several sheets of A4 stuck together. Scanned in then exported to Flash where I do all/some of the render. I also use Illustrator and Photoshop sometimes. I think thats about it really...
